As far as my knowledge Indian Resturants donot make pork dishes.

East Indians are of the Hindu faith, and are complete vegetarians, so no, they would not nor will you find a recipe for curried pork in an Indian cookbook......but there is no reason that you cannot spice pork with curry (I do it all the time), but then again, I'm not a vegetarian......

Curry refers to a spice mixture, not a particular dish. The curry itself contains no meat, just a mixture of spices which can vary greatly from one geographic location in India to another, or from one chef to another.

Are you asking if you can make pork using curry powder because I don't see why not.
