Depends on how much you drank

1 unit per hour on average, with a unit being 1/2 pint (10 oz), small glass of wine, small spirit

Your organism? If you mean your body.... It depends on how much drinking you did. Generally it takes 24 hours for alcohol to completely leave your system.

1 fl. oz. per hour, assuming it's beer or 40 proof. Depends how much you eat too. Eat lots BEFORE drinking and it gets absorbed into the food before your system. Then you poop some out.
