1 unit per hour on average, with a unit being 1/2 pint (10 oz), small glass of wine, small spirit

We All absorb and Expel Alcohol at different rates!
If you're getting totally Leathered-then anticipate a Good 24-36Hours before you are back in the Land of the Living!!

Your organism? If you mean your body.... It depends on how much drinking you did. Generally it takes 24 hours for alcohol to completely leave your system.
