I hate to go on post just to get those leaves,, it says 3 Tb chopped leaves, how much should I put dried cilantro ,, also will it make a big difference?

I would skip it if all you have is dried cilantro. It won't have much flavor at all. You could add it for color, but that is about it.
There isn't really a good substitute for fresh cilantro.

Coriander is dried cilantro. Make sure you are looking in the produce section of your store where you would find fresh parsley. I live in a super tiny town and even they have fresh cilantro. If you do find it, you will have left overs, tip for ya: take the remaining cilantro and put into ice cube trays cover with a little water and freeze. After frozen put into a ziplock bag and keep in the freezer. when you need some just get out a few cubes!

The aromatic scent is very volatile in cilantro and the dry ones will provide a poor representation of it's fresh cousins. If you don't have the fresh ones, just skip it.

It would be kinda like trying to use jerky to substitude fresh beef in a stew.

Best to use fresh green ones but if you are not getting fresh one you can use dried,But again it would not much taste as the green fresh ones.
