Asthma, Lung problems and there is a condition called Esophoghitis. I have Esophoghitis. When I have an attack, it gives symptoms of a heart attack. It is uncurable but can be controlled. When I have the attack, it makes my esophogus squeeze shut, heart races, and I turn pale from lack of oxygen. I have had EKG's ran and my heart is fine. The way to lessen the attacks is to cut out caffiene and/or nicotine and take 300mg Zantac.
