I2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine the dry ingredients, then stir in the water oil and vanilla.
Stir in the nuts.
Put in a greased with a non dairy margarine 9x13 pan.
Bake in n a 350 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes.

one, anything mexican is vile. two, the only thing that makes mexican brownies remotely mexican is cinnamon. (that's fabulous- now they're taking our brownies as well as our country over?!!)
