Yes, it's too high. Here's a chart:

You have a LOT of health problems (looking at your past questions). You REALLY need to see your doctor. With that blood pressure and your history of "mini strokes".....you need to be seen right away. Call them now.

At 15, I'd say "no worries." That is a high blood pressure, not horrible. The question is whether this is a high blood pressure *all the time.* The dentist is stressful. The doctor is stressful. There is a such thing as "white coat syndrome," where your blood pressure will run high at the doctor's or dentist's. If you are worried, the next time your mom drags you to the store or if you're with your friends at the mall, find the blood pressure machine in a pharmacy area and see what it says. Chances are, it will be quite normal.

Yes. Borderline high these days is between 120 over 70 to 140 over 80, and yours is over that both ways.

I believe it is high enough that you immediately seek doctor's care if you are not already under a doctor's care.

Diet can help, but meds are faster (and more expensive).

Yes that's too high. Seek a doctor's help. They can prescribe you some medicine that can help to lower that.
