Sleeping in a cold room is fine , as long as it is not dry.You can purchase a humidifier at most supermarkets.

Yes sleepin in a cold room is bad for sinus or cold sufferin pateints,coz until u strictly avoids eatin cold things( like yoghurt,icecream,cold water cold beverages etc),or by exposing urself to cold enviornment ur cold will not go quickly but if u take all the above precautions then u will soon be relieved from cold.

I've always kept my bedroom cold. But I do have allergies so I have bad sinuses anyway. And sometimes in the winter (depending on the cold weather) I've been known to sleep with my window open and I haven't been sick in over 10 years - (knock on wood).

i think so, i have notice having sinus problem more noticalbe after sleeping in a cold room all night
