Anal intercourse can lead to std's if the girl has some sort of STD whether you or her know it. And it can cause infections, due to the fact that it isn't normal for the male sexual organ to be exposed to the bacteria located in the anus.

Every woman's vagina emits a smell/odor of some degree. A dirty vagina (sorry to be so frank, but it's true) will smell less clean, and stronger, than a clean one. An obvious tip would be to shower everyday, but I'm sure you do that. Make sure that you wash yourself properly 'down there'. You don't need to scrub it or anything, just make sure you're using enough good ol' soap and water down there. If your vagina starts to sting, you're using too much soap. While the vagina is self-cleaning in the form of a perfectly normal discharge, if it gets dirty it's like any other body part - it WILL start to smell, and the odor will be stronger if you've worked out that day or live in a warm climate. During your period make sure that you don't leave your tampon in or wear a pad for longer than a few hours. In rare cases this can even be harmful to your body (Google 'toxic shock syndrome'). The sole exception to this is night time pads which are big/absorbent enough to leave on overnight for up to about 12 hours. I hope I've helped!

No, if you and she are std free, she cannot get/give you an std by having anal sex.

STDs, not if the girl or you don't have one. Infections, yes, this is always possible with anal intercourse.

Of course you could get infections from sticking your you know what into the waste from the body. The anus was made for things to come out of not into.

Of course. What kind of question is this? Anytime you put your, You-Know-What in someones poop, expect an infection or STD.

It won't cause them, but you can catch them. If she has something, then you will get it. Butt Play is not safe at all!
