I have done the whole limo thing, so thats out of the question...i dont really want a party...It cant be too expensive though...

if you have a Dave and Busters where you live those are always fun. everyone brings their own money to play games and eat but you still get to hang out. all it costs you is what you buy for yourself or if you treat someone.
for my 18th i had a bonfire, invited my closest friends, ate yummy food and hung out. all you need to buy is some fire wood maybe and food.

Throw a hammer for Habitat for Humanity, deliver meals at Meals on Wheels. You meet a better quality of people at those endeavors.
