Ok i went to the doctor 2X because i started having all these symtoms from what it seemed like when i had PROTECTED sex on August 31 like uncomfortness in my penis with a slight burning and pelvic soreness, my throat, under my jaw was really sore, tender, and i was kinda sleepy all the time, and now my under arms are sore it doesnt bother me much unless i think about it because it think it's h.i.v related and it worry's the hell out of me ive been stressing off of this for the longest. The first time i went to the doctor he checked my pelvic said nothing was swollen and gave me a urine test to check for diseases. I callled back an everything was negative but im still worried about having h.i.v beacause they say you cant detect it through a urine test but on the planned parenthood site they say you can check through urine, mouth swab or blood. And the 2nd time he checked my underarms and under my neck and said nothing was swollen.

The doctor said my throat was red and looked like i was getting over a cold. He told me i might be anemic and asked me if i had blood work in a while and i said no so he drew my blood but didnt say waht he was checking for. I callled back yesterday and they said all my culture were negative and i was fine.

Why am i still having these symtoms? is it becaus it's flu season in the midwest

If my doctor was not checking for h.i.v but it showed up when he was doing blood work or something we he have to loof further into it and tell me what was happening.

All the symtoms went away except the underarm soreness.

If you're really that worried go back to the dr. and tell him " I want to be tested for HIV through a blood test" after all, nothing is more reliable then blood; if you've got it they will see it.

Also, keep in mind, the more you worry about it the more you will think you have the symptoms. It's like a mental game, if you think there is a chance you have it all of a sudden you will have every symptom in the world. When I was worried I had something, I burned my tongue and the next day it hurt..and I freak out thinking I had something. Just go get tested. It make cost a little money but sleeping better at night and not having it on the back of your mind will be worth it. Best wishes -Rosalie

too much stress can cause a miscarriage. if he is causing you that much stress, kick him out of your life for a while until he grows up and becomes mature. if you want this baby you will do what you have to do to keep it, even if that means breaking off a relationship for a while.

It sounds like your lymph nodes might be having some irritation. Do you take any vitamins, such as Vit. E or C? Or a multiple vitamin tablet? I've found that taking these helps my immune system fight off those inflammations. faster.
