i m taking medicines for the last one and a half year ...feeling weak also

Are you underweight? I would encourage you to see your doctor. You could be dehydrated for some reason. Also your medications may need adjusting if you are feeling too weak or tired. Are some of your BP medications diuretics? If so, you could be dehydrated from these. Please talk to your doctor and see what needs to be done. Your electrolytes could also be out of order.
