Hi, I woke up in a panic, not being able to breath, I had the dry heaves and threw up some yellow bile. It almost felt like it was in my lungs. Do you know what this could be from?

Bile comes from the gall bladder which is below the stomach (Digestive system accessed via Oesophagus). The lungs are a separate system (Respiratory system acess via the Trachea) but the bile could have gone into the airway as you vomited (aspiration). You should see a doctor and find out what is happening!

CALL YOUR DOCTOR!
The only time I've thrown up excessive quantities of bile (which, incidentally, could not come from your lungs) I had been poisoned and needed to be hospitalized.

Use to happen to me daily and the doctor said it was acid reflux and put me on previcid (over the counter acid reducer).

sounds like you have a serious lung infection, better get yourself to a doctor.
