Cerebral palsy though not curable has a much better prognosis now than before. From your question your child appears to have hemiplegic cerebral palsy which has a better prognosis.

You have to see a Physiatrist/physiotherapist and watch the exercises being done and train your child at home. The exercises will be changed in a step by step manner depending on the progress your child is making. She also needs to see lots of colors, hear lots of sound and music.,made to feel different objects and textures. This will require a lot of patience and effort on your part but I'm sure that eventually the outcome will be good.

Cerebral palsy is not completely curable because there is damage to the brain but as you are having cerebral palsy with proper physical and cognitive training will improve in your skills.Treating cerebral palsy is almost as complex as the condition is, and there’s no cookie-cutter approach because each individual is affected differently. A comprehensive treatment plan can take you in the socio-economic situation and home care dynamics and if you’re facing any problems, then there is a special school at Noida called Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan a school for Disabled children's, they not only give special education to children but also provide better facilities to them they give different therapy and use adaptive equipment for the treatment protocol for Cerebral Palsy.

You have to understand that Cerebral palsy is a condition that is not curable, since there is damage to the brain in which motor and cognitive skills are affected it is not reversable, but a child with cerebral palsy with proper physical and cognitive training will improve in her skills. There is no medicine or surgery that can reverse the condition.Pls try to get in touch with a special educator or an occupational therapist who will help you in training your child,it is also important that you get in touch with a speech therapist who will help in improving communication skills for your child.
