The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends that you keep your blood sugar levels at:1

80 mg/dL to 120 mg/dL before meals and 100 mg/dL to 140 mg/dL at bedtime when using a blood sample drawn from a vein (a whole-blood sample).
90 mg/dL to 130 mg/dL before meals and 110 mg/dL to 150 mg/dL at bedtime when using a blood sample drawn from a fingertip (plasma blood sample).
Less than 180 mg/dL one to two hours after meals.
The ADA also recommends a hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) target level of less than 7%. Some people may be able to achieve an even lower level of less than 6%.1 The lower the A1c, the lower the rate of complications. HbA1c is a measure of how well blood sugar levels have remained within a safe range over the previous 2 to 3 months. Keeping blood glucose levels less than 180 mg/dL after meals may help in achieving a hemoglobin A1c of less than 7%.

Because the blood sugar level of a person fluctuate over the course of a day. Blood sugar level is kind of like the engine RPM of your car. When your car is running normally, it can't be too high (redline), it can't be too low (0 rpm), and when your car is running at certain speed, there is an expected range, such as just cruising down a residential neighborhood, the rpm should be around 1500 to 2000, but when you accelerate from a stop at a red light, it can be up to 3000 to 4500 rpm. Blood sugar is the same way. The human body has an amazing way of controlling the amount of sugar in the blood based on the activity the body is undertaking at the time. Diabetics (especially Type 2) are those that the blood sugar balancing mechanism is impaired. The ADA has a range of post-meal blood sugar level of 110-160 being acceptable, other doctors are being more aggressive and recommends people with Type 2 diabetes a post-meal blood sugar level of 110-140, simply because since a Type 2 person's blood sugar balancing mechanism is already impaired, a lower range provides a cushion before "redlining". Hope this helps,

All in the Blood Sugar Check
The HbA-1-C check is the blood sugar check "with a memory." It tells you what your overall blood sugar levels have been over the past 2 to 3 months. You can't get this information from your daily checks with your blood sugar meter. Use your Hb A-1-C result to find out how your treatment plan is working. If your number is 7 or higher, you may need a change in your plan.
Fasting blood sugar-American Diabetes Association standard: average of 90 to 130

They keep arguing with the "American Assoc. Of Endocrinologists", now they want below 109 after an 8 hr fast, it used to be 120-125, the ac1 (new test) should be between 4.0 and 6.0, my lab results came back at 140 b/s (1 hour after eating pasta) and the ac1 was 9.0, I was eating like sh-t, I started a better diet and everything dropped down to normal levels, I learned a lot, I didn't know that you can actually GIVE YOURSELF diabetes. Sugar is used in everything because it is cheap, fast energy, and has a long shelf life. I dunno, I dunno if I'm diabetic or not, they told me "NO" but, I still watch what I eat, my over all health has improved dramatically by eating veggies, and good fresh food, sure it's hard, you must shop more often, and pay more money for fresh food, but my physical appearance is great (I lost 60lbs), staying skinny seems to keep blood sugar in check a bit better because, your cells are not filled with fat, and can metabolize sugar better. Ask the lab where they get there criteria for the "LIMITS", I investigated the lab that did mine and found out that they pretty much made up their own criteria (Parameters that the Ac1 should be in), don't forget that the people that work in labs MAKE MISTAKES, I used to work in a lab, and I made lots of mistakes !

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
