Yes, the dryness is caused by the changes in your body because of menopause. And yes, it does cause a whitish look. Hormone replacement therapy helps this, but, of course, there are risks with that. The only other answer would be to use lubricating jelly during sex.
There may be newer medications (than HRT) that helps this, so at your next check up, you might ask your doctor. It certainly would be worth your time.

As the age advances, one experiences certain bodily changes. This is one of those. If you want a good sex life, try lubricating (preferably with some natural oil) the affected place before the intercourse.
Do respond about the result. I may be able to help someone better, based on your feedback.

So? who's going to step up and supply him the undesirable information? i'm going to bypass on the thrashing and ostracized factor however. I recommend, they'd try it, yet i've got have been given a black belt AND a shotgun, so i do no longer think of they'll have lots success. EDIT: To facepalm kitteh: I used to think of that too, yet via the time you get right here to menopause you would be VERY extra suitable than happy to be completed with that month-to-month nonsense. And no longer the rest somewhat variations. save lively and happy, and you do no longer grow to be a contracted previous shrew via any potential. And, to procure THAT ideal Off Grid Granny. properly suggested.

Speak to an herbalist (Chinese or Ayurveda) and ask for some plants to increase Estrogen. You can make a tea with them. Continue to use throughout your life. If both you and your husband are interested in having better sex then ask for herbs which will increase Testosterone.
