From yesterday I noticed that my heart keeps jumping out like I'm really scared of something, but there is nothing to be scared about.
It's been effecting me all day and it's like when im doing something suddenly my heart jumps again like im scared, but i'm not.
I am worried and don't know what is goin on.

Join a martial arts class. I guarantee that you are NOT doing your techniques with proper form. That will make them ineffective at best. I have meet many so called "self taught" martial artists over the years and with out exception every one was completely incompetent. There is no way you can correct the mistakes that all beginners make, if you don't have enough knowledge to know it is a mistake or cannot see it is a mistake. Even a minor mistake in timing or body position can render a good technique completely ineffective. The absolute best you can accomplish being " self taught" is to mimic the moves with out any understanding of how to apply them. It ends up being no more than a dance and is just as effective as dancing would be as a defense. A good class will help with both confidence and skill. The ONLY reasons to fight are you are attacked and have no way to escape, or to defend an innocent that cannot defend themselves. Someone talking Sh!t, or some other bone headed excuse is NOT a good reason to fight. Ego can and will get you hurt or killed.

I experienced that a few years ago when I was going through a lot of stress. Are you going through a stressful period right now? If so, that could be the cause. If you have been drinking more caffeine or alcohol than usual, that could cause it. You also could have hypoglycemia(low blood sugar), or a thyroid disorder. Usually heart palpitations are not serious, so try not to worry. I'm sure you know that you should get it checked.

sounds like your getting ectopic beats m8.nothing to worry about you can get a single ectopic, what they call doubles, triples or runs.ive got atrial tachycardia from a congenital condition and have had electophysiology to find it.you shoul see a doctor and go for cardiac testing just in case but this can start,go on for days weeks or months and then suddenly stop.catheter ablation is a technique they use to kill off a "hyperactive"wire in the heart to get rid of this permanently if need be,but i dont feel you are going to die yet, keep off coffee, wine, beer and anything you can think would trigger it,this is normally the cause.good luck m8 and dont worry it's actually quite normal.just not advertised enough.

You might be suffering from Panic attacks. Try to relax and not to think about your problems. Are you feeling stressed?
Try to relax and watch your breathing... does it get better?
