After the initial rush of being on level 3 with more privileges and daily voting and answers quotas, you work to level 4, then level 5. Somewhere you begin to realize that the "status" you get on being on a higher level doesn't really mean anything outside the Yahoo! Answers community.

Why is this question in the Diabetes section? This doesn't relate to diabetes...
