I'm not sure how it could be with all the cheese. Maybe the thin crust would be better since it is made of white bread. I know there is a lot of sodium, but what about the other ingredients?

I used to manage a Johnny's Pizza, what I have learned is that every pizza is different and every company has a different "truth" for example, papa johns says better ingredients better pizza, we had a cook who worke din several different pizza restaurants and he siad they are all about the same. THe sauce comes in can, the dough can be made in house or brought in frozen like at pizza hut or domeinoes. I think the bottom line is what you put on it and what kind of crust you get. Pizza hut starts by pumping oil into a pan and then spreading their frozen crust ontop pf that. They are the only well known company that I know of that does this. Clearly, a pizza with fresh vegetables on it is going to be better than a multi-meat pizza. I know that there are some companies out there that boast that they have a wheat crust. I think even some of the frozen ones come this way now. I suggest that you get a frozen pizza that is just cheese and put fresh veggies on it before you cook it. THis is probably about as good as your going to get.

There are healthy pizzas and others that are not. Depends on the ingredients. I eat a pizza that is great from the frozen foods section that is organic and low in fat. It's called A.C. LaRocco and they have a few different kinds too. Reading labels is important.

the cheese is protein packed, but also high in fat which could make it "unhealthy". add peppers for vitamin C, but blot that grease off the top of the slice! it really does make a difference!!
