Ever since becoming a veg, I have lost a bit of weight (not at all my purpose). I'm thin and I want to bulk up as healthily as possible. I'd like to stay away from powders, etc if possible. Is there any food that will put the pounds on me?

First of all you should consider how many calories you're taking during the day. It's really hard to take enaugh calories as a vegan, but you could try eating some food like peanut, bannanas, and you can add cold pressed oil to all your food. And the most important thing, you'll (unfortunatelly) have to get B12 vitamin from suplements. Because you can't find it in plants. But don't be afraid it has nothing to do with animals. Get D vitamin by sunbath.
