Brain damage. Once the cells are dead, they stay dead, they do not regenerate. Plus you can have lung problems. When you breath the fumes in they go to the lungs which will damage your alveolus. The they have to travel through your heart and finally to your brain. These chemicals get split up and only part of them go to the brain. The rest get caught in your lungs and heart. Also some will be spread throughout your body where they will be deposited. Basically you can cause a lot of damage over time, but in the short run, your brain and lungs are effected.

Your brain is permanently damaged. It can get to the point where you are literally retarded for the rest of your life. Drink some beer or smoke some weed, for christ's sake, kid, huffing paint is far worse for you than either and booze or bud and the other 2 are a much better buzz anyway. I'd rather see you clean but huffing is for retards and for those soon to join them.

None with todays paint, apart from a headache, but a few years ago you could get lead poisoning as most paint then had a base of lead.
