On the right side of my chest- like right on the side of my rib cage I have either pulled a muscle or its fluid- but its a little swollen- the right side is higher than my left side and it hurts right there when I cough....Craziness! Do you know what it is?

Go to the Dr. I had sympthoms like that last Feb. and had to stay in the hospital because they diagnosised Pluersy ... has to do with the lining of the lungs, worse then pnuemonia. I was in so much pain. Good Luck.
