I've worked in the OR for many many years and even a tiny bubble can be harmful. An air embolism, or more generally gas embolism, is a medical condition caused by gas bubbles in the bloodstream. Small amounts of air often get into the blood circulation accidentally during surgery and other medical procedures, such as IV's, injections, etc., but an air embolism which shows symptoms is very rare. Death usually occurs when a bubble of gas becomes lodged in the heart, stopping blood from flowing from the right ventricle to the lungs.

Satan, in all his majestic fury enters a small country church. All the parishioners go screaming out into the country side except one elderly gentleman. Satan goes up to him and says, "Aren't you afraid of me, afraid for your immortal soul?" The man spits tobacco juice right between Satan's hooves and says, "Naw, been married to your sister for forty years." I figure you have gotten the prince of Darkness, but he's still got a sister out there who can do the job.
