How accurate are swab drug tests on detecting hydocodone?

I took 2-7.5 hydrocodones yesterday. After that I took 12 AZO's, is there a good chance that the swab drug test will detect the hydrocodone?

I am not familiar with the swab test, but if you took the hydrocodone and were tested the next day, it will be detected. It takes 3-4 days for narcotics to get out of your system, and all the AZO in the world will do nothing to change that.
