YES! Anyone can die at any given time. However, I doubt clamydia had ever killed anyone, unless she's married and her husband didn't give it to her. In that case she may die because of the clamydia, but not from the clamydia.
On the other hand, if the clamydia enters her bloodstream and she gets a blood infection (sepsis) from clamydia, then yes, she may even die from the clamydia. This is highly unlikely, and has probably never happened.
She needs to start using protection, or she will end up with hepatitis or HIV, both deadly STD's.

I assume you mean "chlamydia". This STD won't kill her, but if she does not receive treatment, which is simply antibiotics, then she can have serious complications. If left untreated the infection can spread to uterus or fallopian tubes and cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This happens in up to 40 percent of women with untreated chlamydia. PID can cause permanent damage to the fallopian tubes, uterus, and surrounding tissues. The damage can lead to chronic pelvic pain, infertility, and potentially fatal ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus). Women infected with chlamydia are up to five times more likely to become infected with HIV, if exposed.
Rarely, genital chlamydial infection can cause arthritis that can be accompanied by skin lesions and inflammation of the eye and urethra (Reiter's syndrome).
Chlamydia is known as the "silent disease" since there are rarely symptoms until it has spread. To be safe your friend should use condoms and be checked annually for STDs.

No she is not going to die. It is easily treated with medicine. I would tell your friend to start using protection so she does not end up with something worse that cannot be cured like HIV.

Uh, that's chlamydia and no, she probably won't die but she might wish she had if she doesn't see a Dr. and get it treated!
