how long will they call you after you take an std test?

If the test turned out negative, they won't call you at all.
If they do find something they usually call after 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.

I was told if I don't hear back from them in a month, I have nothing to worry about. That was at planned parenthood, our local free clinic out here in California.
