Symptoms: One small sore ... looks like a pin poke. No reddening, kinda hard, no inflamation, no other symptoms. Have it for about 7 monthes, has gone away only to reappear in the same spot a few days later.

Any idea what it is?

(btw its on the upper part of the penis shaft)

Ignore Raff, what a prick!

I think it sounds like a genital wart in your description but they do not generally dissapear.

I may also tend to think it may be a broken superficial blood vessel trapped under the skin. They are very common. These will look just like a pin prick, and can only be treated by inserting a needle to pop the vessel.
Go and have a chat to your doctor about it. Its probably best to see them, as we can only do so much without actually seeing it!

Good Luck

No. yet, how do you comprehend that they are sparkling? because of the fact they suggested so? because of the fact they at the instant are not promiscuous ?because of the fact they have no indications and seem wholesome? many STD's have no indications whatsoever. genital warts (HPV) can't be clinically determined via favourite blood exams or urine exams. they only get clinically determined while they seem '' wreck out'' which doesnt ensue many times, and while they do ensue, they're in many situations deep interior the vagina or interior the pee hollow of the male.. which makes it very very puzzling to work out! chlamydia which motives infertility if left untreated and pelvic inflammation in an prolonged time, does no longer have any indications until eventually its completed some dammage. use a condom besides! how do you think of those human beings have been given hiv and syphlis? they thought the guy replaced into sparkling. from time to time you at the instant are not even conscious which you have a ailment on account which you have basically slept with somebody as quickly as, or on account which you have experienced no indications.. yet its no longer an indication of wellbeing!

The only way you are gonna know for sure exactly what you are dealing with is to go to the doctor. It may be nothing serious at all. If you do have a STD it doesn't mean your dirty, like so many people like to think, STD's are very common and you can have them and never even know it. Go to the doctor please, they see this kind of thing all the time. Better safe than sorry.

Before jumping to conclusions like everyone else here is doing, go to the doctor. I'm better it's a skin pallap and your irritating it by doing what your doing. The doc will give you something to either clear it up or burn it off, the wart that is.?
