Please go see a doctor, there are many things that can change the odor of your vagina. You have no idea what is going on until you do. Also, just because something has changed down there does not mean your boyfriend has been unfaithful. Hormones, non-STD infections...a gazillion other things can cause this and it can be very common. In the mean time try some feminine wash like Summers Eve and maybe some feminine deodorant spray, it will make you feel cleaner and more comfortable.

Trichomoniasis (STD) Incubation Period: If symptoms appear, it usually takes from 3 to 28 days for them to develop. A treatable bacterial infection of male urethra & female pelvis. A watery, greyish, yellowish, or greenish bubbly discharge (may become thicker)
An unpleasant odor.
Pain and itching when urinating.
Most apparent after your period.

Yeast Infection- A treatable fungal infection of the vagina. White cottage cheese-like thick discharge, but no strong odor.
Swelling and pain around vulva.
Intense itching and burning.
Painful sexual intercourse.

Bacterial Vaginosis- Incubation period: Anywhere from 12 hours to five days. Vaginal infection. Fluids may be foamy or frothy (heavier than usual)
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge.
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap.
Itching and burning.
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina and vulva

From your description, it appears that you are suffering from Bacterial Vaginosis or Trichomoniasis. A pap smear may also detect the presence of the organism.
Consult Genito-urinary medicine (GUM) clinic.

Without pointing fingers at your fiancee' you need to see a Dr., Planned Parenthood or your Community Health Department.
While unsafe anal/vaginal sexual practices can set you up for infection, so can douching, stress and sugary lubrication. Not everything has to do with a cheating partner but don't be naive either...people cheat for a whole host of reasons. Usually more about themselves than their partners Good Luck!

Although a good douche isn't generally recommended by most doctors it doesn't hurt once in a while.

"It is a monogamougus relationship"

sure it is. you just magically caught an STD. wake up sister! he's doing your best friend...or his colleague...or worse! dump him before he gives you AIDS. did you really think they were called STDs without the sexually transmitted part?! you caught a MTD. monogamously transmitted - or magically transmitted disease.
