it is absolutely possible that this is a stroke - you should go to the ER or at least call your family doctor ASAP (their answering service will have a physician on-call) !!!

That could be a sign of anything but slurred speech after an episode of passing out needs to be checked out immediately. If this happened to you recently then go to the emergency room or urgent care to get this checked out.

yes it can be symptoms are close to the symptoms my father had when he had his stroke. GO see a doctor or go to the ER. the first 4-8 hours since the stroke, if you had had one is the time you have to actually fix it.

sounds more like low blood sugar, but that shouldn't keep you from getting help. A stroke can do many things, including weakness on one side of the body, facial drooping on that same side of the face, when the person tries to smile their mouth is hanging down it appears.
