Just like the above. I'm 15 years old and lift weights every day during the week except wednesdays. Thanks.

As compared with others your age, your blood pressure is a high and your pulse low. It would be a good idea to recheck your blood pressure and pulse twice daily for one week and keep a written log of results. Good times to check your pulse and blood pressure are in the morning just after you get up and in the mid afternoon after you have been sitting down for 10-15 min.

Take the written log of results to your physician for evaluation. The log will help give your physician a more complete picture of what is going on with your body.

since I don't know what your build is like, I cannot comment on your blood pressure but 44 for a pulse is too low. this is called bradycardia. you should talk to a family doctor about these things just to be safe. I usually see vital signs like this in people who are over 40yrs and on medication for high blood pressure - even so 44 is still kinda low for them and sometimes the doctor will adjust their medications. Please see a doctor !

That seems odd. HR of 44 is kinda low, even for a resting rate. The BP is a tad on the high side.

Make sure to take multiple readings to figure out an average for yourself.

44 is a bit slow, but as long as u don't have symptoms it isn't a problem.
