I have a lot of Breathing Problems . How to Increase my breath . pls provide me some of the soultions

I think you need to be more specific? Do you wheeze, gasp, cough, pass out, or what?

Join a yoga class.

There are TV programmes at various interval , join them.

There are books on breathing Exercises.

If may need to see a doctor, it my be due to allergy or some malfunction that can be eliminated by medicine or by surgery.

You should be more specific on what type of problems your having. If you have an inhaler, keep using it. Be careful about quick bursts of exercise of doing anything strenuous too quickly. Also make sure you try to stay calm when you start to have problems.

Most common causes:
Smoking - stop.
Poor physical condition - exercise.
Obesity - lose weight.
Asthma/allergies - medical treatment and avoid triggers.

Then there's about fifty more causes that you would have to be examined to reveal; heart failure, anemia, infection, pulmonary fibrosis, Tb, asbestosis, silicosis, sarcoid, lupus, cancer, ...
