Well, I'm just going to answer for eggs in general since eggs that DO hatch are chickens, and that's obvious. Some vegetarians eat eggs some dont. It is a personal decision. The vegetarians that do have decided that the eating an egg doesn't harm the chicken and so there is no pain done to the animal. Others feel it supports the meat industry, and the cruelty that goes on in egg farms.

if it has hatched then it is a chicken and not an egg anymore , where do you live and how old are you , the only eggs you eat are the ones that has not hatched , like i said when it hatches then it is a baby chicken and not an egg anymore ,

Eating eggs supports the meat industry. Also, chickens in egg farms are kept in very small cages with many other chickens and barely have room to move. People who choose not to eat eggs do so because they don't want to contribute to animal cruelty. Plus, eggs are bad for you (they're loaded with cholesterol).

I eat unfertilized eggs. Those will NEVER hatch. I might add that I eat vegetarian fed free range local eggs.

Erm...
Well I don't eat eggs full-stop because I see the egg as a 'chicken menstration'. I agree, tasty, but the thought now makes me feel ill.
I also don't want to support the cruel industry of keeping chickens in tiny cages, with no room to turn around :-\
