Chinese Red Sauce recipe
This goes very nicely with fried shrimp or fish.
3 tablespoons catsup
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce
1/4 teaspoon Accent®
Combine and simmer for a very brief time.

Are you talking about sweet and sour sauce? Just google a recipe for Sweet and Sour Sauce.
It's a sauce used for eggrolls or anything deep fried.
Mostly sugar for the sweet part and vingegar for the sour part. A bit of soy sauce for taste. A piece of ginger, but throw it away after the sauce is done. Add some ketchup for the color. Some cornstarch mixed in water. Add some cube pineapple, green bell or peppers for color.
