my toe i blueish green on the tip my ear is swollen and its green inside and one day i had a greenish tint to my face also my mind is boggling around and im always cold

sounds like a systemic infection, get to an ER NOW. Meaning it has gotten to a few organs and is throughout your body. You will need major antibiotics to clean it out.
