Your doctor will know which blood tests to order, which lab cultures to collect.
But keep in mind that when you have unprotected sex with a girl, you're having sex with everyone she's ever been with AND everyone that THOSE people have ever been with.
It also can take 6 months for HIV to show in blood work, so if you have unprotected sex with an HIV+ person and get tested -- negative means nothing.
I'm sure she's a nice girl and was only with nice guys, but you don't know that one of them didn't get drunk and have unprotected sex at least once. Or had a drug problem before they met her (HIV is transmitted by infected needles).

Aides and other STDs. Possibly a blood type or DNA test in case there's ever a question of establishing paternity. I'm hoping it won't go that far if you're only in your teens and not planning to get married any time soon. But if you insist on having premarital sex, be on the safe side. Wear condoms.

Test your willy. Make sure it works by masturbating. I've heard maths and science tests can be pretty cool too.

Why would you want unnessary tests? If you are a virgin then you obviously wont have anything sexually transmitted!
