if a person have crabs and never get them treated?

Besides constantly scratching your "private parts" in public, you will probably get open sores from the crabs AND from scratching yourself. This would also result in a build up of crabs, their eggs, and scabs from the wounds. You could also potentially pass them onto other people who use the same toilet facilities as you do. It's best to just get them treated.

I really don't know if you can use "crabs" as fish bait or not but I wouldn't advise getting on a trawler out of the crab ports in Alaska.

You will get them all over your body and itch like crazy, scratch the itch and get an infection. The crabs will be hanging off your eyebrows. the infection might kill you and nobody will want to be your friend or live with you or even sit next to you.

well, they would keep multiplying, laying their hundreds and hundreds of eggs, and could possibly spread and turn into body lice. You would get them in your eyebrows, hair, etc.
