Make sure not to spread the masa all the way to the edges of the wrapper, leave about an inch margin all around. Use the long edges of the wrapper to roll (fold) the masa over the filling, fold up the bottom edges, tie shut.

Well First, you roll them not fold them. Roll once over, tuck the ends in, then roll the rest of the way.
