possably, lets say you were just around someone with a bad cold and you are female, you have the cold virus on your hands now, you dont wash them, and insert well you know... then you just transfered the virus to your warm moist area, the virus grows and it is possable to get pelvic inflamatory infections, so please wash your toys and hands before and after playing!
