Yes they can that is why vampire groups or the role playing goth vampire groups have banned the use of blood play where they get blood from each other in differant ways. Modern Vampires actually take energy from his or hers pray now which is actally more spirital and sexual and above all safer for all involed.

It's commonly assumed that vampires are immortal(unless killed in sme way or another) and do not get sick or diseases so therefore they would not contract aids as they would be immune to it aids would have to mutate into a form that would kill the vampires for that to happen

if they were real then i would think so. for them people who say they arn't real there is no evidence to support that and for those who say they are real there is no evidence to support that either.
