Yes there is some hope now for people infected with HIV to have children. I have heard that during the third month of pregnancy the would be mother is given a certain injection which can stop the infection from passing on to the child.For more info you can consult a good obstetrician. God is great and i hope there will be such a cure soon for our millions of brethren suffering from HIV.

No, hiv is in sperm. He cant create a child with sperm that has hiv in it.
Maybe someone will tell you differntly. But is it worth risk.
