with appendicitis, pain starts near your belly button and slowly migrates to your right side. pain gets worse if u move or walk, and does not go away. u would have loss of appetite, nausea, or u may vomit a few times. u may have a fever, swollen abdomen, constipation, or back pain, and u would have lack of energy.

Generalized abdominal cramps. Pain usually begins near the navel and moves down to the lower right. The pain becomes worse when the person moves or touches the area.

· Nausea or vomiting.

· Elevated temperature.

· Increased pulse rate.

· Loss of appetite.

· Constipation.

· Abdominal swelling.

In appendicitis these symptoms tend to become more severe as time passes. Not everyone with appendicitis has all the symptoms. Never should a laxative or enema be taken if you suspect appendicitis. These medications can cause the appendix to rupture.

Appendicitis probably begins with a ache within the center of your stomach (tummy) that can come and pass. Within hours the ache travels to the cut down proper-hand facet, in which the appendix is placed, and turns into consistent and extreme. Pressing at the appendix discipline, coughing or strolling, would possibly all make the ache worse. If you've gotten appendicitis, you might also produce other signs, adding: •feeling in poor health •vomiting •lack of urge for food •constipation •a fever of 38ºC (one hundred.4ºF) or extra •diarrhoea

Some symptoms are high fever and sharp pain on the right side. If these symptoms last for more than 3-4 hrs. seek medical assistance.
