Diabetics ,certainly those on insulin ,
carry a bar of milk chocolate,
in their handbags, at all times
this is for a swift boost of glucose,
in case they have, a hypoglycemic attack ( low sugar),
to take some chocolate , while conscious will
prevent them going into a coma,
when they are away from home .
.
A diabetic patient, will buy a replacement bar of chocolate , after using the last one .
Special diabetic chocolate is tasty,
but is NO USE as a glucose boost ,
but as a treat ,
it is very high in calories . so is eaten sparingly
So your answer is it is OK, to ,sell chocolate to diabetics
,they may need them .

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I am a diabetic insulin dependant for 5 years. i enjoy chocolate in moderation, diabetics can eat everything just not a lot fatty and sugar loaded foods. healthy food and exercise and a diabetic will live a normal life with out any complications.

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.
And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

I wouldn't.
I would possibly provide chocolate to a patient asking specifically for it, but I'm no pusherman.

FYI, chocolate is probably one of the worst things for an insulin reaction!!!
The sugars are affected by the fats in chocolate which slow down their absorption and do NOT provide a "quick boost" for blood sugar!!!!!!
