are type one diabetes hard to miss?

if you think you have the symptoms but are not sure if its just you mind because your thinking about it. what im trying to ask are the symtoms like thust and hunger and fituge extreme or moderate please no body sugest that i go c a doctor

when i was diagnosed 5 years ago type 1 i was really bad lost heaps of weight, extremely tired, urinating all the time un -quenchable thirst i even had sore in my mouth because i was that thirsty. please go and see a doctor it is a manageable disease but deadly to ignore.
