Im a vegan, no meat, dairy, eggs, leather, down, honey, wool or anything else that has caused harm and suffering. Being a healthy vegan is the best diet for humans, we are not made to eat meat or dairy. Milk is produced for BABY COWS, who have four stomachs in order to digest it!
Any veggie thinking about being a vegan could take a look at 'vegan freak', its a very good book, gives you loads of advice.

I call myself a Progressive Vegetarian.
Started off as an ordinary lacto-ovo vegetarian when I was about 4 and a half, because I discovered meat was dead animals. Then as I got older and learned more about diet and health I started giving up more, dairy products and the rest.
Now I'm a strict vegetarian, otherwise known as a Vegan, but I don't like that 'label' vegan so I'm a Progressive Vegetarian.

Yes. (Should I leave it at that, or do you want to know more?) Anyway, I'm a vegetarian, 15 years or so now, don't miss meat, don't need it, don't believe it's normal to eat it either. And I don't support the meat trade at all, which makes me happy. Who'd want to eat meat if they could see exactly what happened to it en route to their plate? No decent person I'm sure. It's a shame that there's not more decent people about though, some people think it's funny. Strange.

I'm a veggie, I'm 13 yrs. old and I have been one for four years (well, what did you want to know?)
I've never regretted being one and am a perfect weight for my age and size. I don't eat McDonald's and other things high in saturated fat as much as carnivores, although I love pizza. I don't have any dietary problems, either.
Sorry if I'm boring you, but if you're considering becoming one you may want to know...
