Get your diabetes under control if it isn't. Some of the erectile dysfunction medications might be helpful, like viagra. I don't suggest taking herbal supplements that claim to help this problem. The concentration of the active ingredient can greatly vary as they are not regulated much so you don't know just how much you are getting. They can also interact with any Rx medication you may take. You really need to see a dr about this.I know its embarrassing to talk face to face about this issue but its nothing to be ashamed of,its very common,especially with men who have diabetes or high blood pressure.. Believe me, its nothing that the dr hasn't seen or heard before. No need to suffer in silence. Good luck to you.

you may be in trouble. permenetly. you can see a doctor for your problem. the thing is diabeties if not treated or not treated well can cause damage to blood vessels, nerves, and tissue. particularily in more sensitive areas. my bf is a diabetic and before he knew he had it he began to have difficulty and also now if his sugar is too high or he isn't treating it well he has problems. he also has a low semen volume but a high count. talk to a doctor. i hear viagra can give men the boost they need. but beleive it or not i would love my man even if he couldn't get it hard. which because he is daibetic may be a prob in the future, one that i am preparing myself for.

this problem will solve as soon as your diabetes is under control so just take ur diabetes medicine regularly and u will be ur usual self again. best of luck.

start drinking Noni herbal fruit juice. Good for both of your problems. Will see the result within one month. Since it is herbal, no side effects.

You should go see your doctor and explain the situation to him/her. They can prescribe you something. I now a guy who use to use Viagra and that worked for him.
