Pancit is the wheat noodle really thick type.
1. Boil the wheat noodle. Use a stock pot with strainer.

2. Cook the well-done meat regularly boiled, saute, fried, then chop it bite size. Beef, Ham, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Hot Dog, Sausages. Even marinaded meat, taste: barbecue, soy sauce, vinegar-salt, orange, banana ketchup,
If you can cook the meat oil-free, in non-stick pans and plastic tools. That means more taste than oil.
Always wash the vegitables in a strainer, not in the sink.
3. Add chopped steamed veggies: peas, carrots, string beans, peanuts, (nothing sweet like pine apple). Most of these are chopped bite size or mince. Green onion leaves, paisley, ...
4. Add onions, garlic, for taste.
5. Drain the wheat noodle after using a stock pot.
6. Use a bowl to put the wheat noodle in, throw in the meat and vegitables. If you want crisp veggies.
7. If you do not want crisp vegitables, then throw the meat and veggies in the noodles (after water drained) mix it all.

you need these ingredients- pansit bihon(noodles),onion, garlic, chilli, chicken liver, chicken balls, mushroom, houseleek, kintchay leaves, soy sauce, knorr chicken cubes or natural chicken broth, egg, water and chicken meat.you need to saute in oil separately the chicken liver, chicken balls and chicken meat.set aside.saute the garlic, onion, chilli, leek, kintchay leaves then add water ,knorr chicken cubes or chicken broth, the liver cut into peices and the chicken balls also cut into small pieces.add soy sauce and the egg(beat the egg in the boiling broth)THEN ADD the bihon noodles.i dont know the exact proportion of water needed for every pack of 500g noodles but i think more than 4 cups.let it boil while stirring with stick or sandok.you will notice the bihon noodles will absorb the water the flavors added in it.and it is ready to serve with a slice of lemon or kalamansi.
