They are mostly white but sort of yellow and they are under the skin. Theres alot of them but mostly at the side of my penis. I checked them out with my doctor and my doctor said that they are just gas bubbles or something and they are harmless but I want more details. They don't hurt or itch or anything at all. They just sit there. I've had em for about 5 years or at least thats until I noticed them. I'm a virgin and never had sex. Anyone else have this?

Hard white pimple-like growths just under the skin are called milia. They're a buildup of dead cells underneath the first layer of skin. They usually occur around the eyes, but apparently you've got some in a more sensitive place. Wash the area thoroughly on a regular basis and they will eventually flake off by themselves. If they were anyplace else I'd suggest doing an exfoliation but obviously you can't do that in that area.

Pearly Papules

At some stage of their lives, most people develop pearly papules on their genitals and if you don't know what they are, you may self-diagnose as a STD.

These are small, hard, white, pin-head sized bumps on the genitals of both males and females. They are not painful. Although not a medically accurate term, they are commonly called "Pearly Papules".

They may appear on the labia or perineum of a female, on the shaft or head of the penis or on the testicles. Eventually they migrate to the surface, the skin breaks and they disappear. But there will probably be more.

LEAVE THEM ALONE. Do not squeeze or break skin to pop them, you will leave yourself vulnerable to other infections. Pearly papules are harmless and are simply part of maturing.

Just to be safe, you should consult your family doctor about them or any changes in your genital area.
