How about a turkey
sandwich with mustard,
lettuce and tomato on whole
wheat or rye bread (if you need it,
a couple teaspoons of mayo on the bread).
Also, an apple, and an 8 oz. container of milk. A
nutritious, balanced lunch that won't boost your blood sugar.
