Do you mean like the Juke Joint in The Color Purple? Watch the movie again, it will help. You'll need a Bayou decor, a hot little band with a sultry singer, & dancing! Make sure your guests dress & act the "Juke" style (again watch the movie). Have fun!! Oh, food...Cajun & Louisiana influence....Red beans & rice, peanuts in the shell to throw on the floor, Jambalaya, Popcorn Crawfish, (you can find many Louisiana style appetizers in the frozen section of Smart n' Final), oysters, catfish, shrimp, alligator. Great idea! Have fun!!
