i have had chest pressure for at least three days now if not longer it is constant feels like someone is standing on it or real tight wrapped I am 51 years old do smoke but no heart or health problems in the past no other pain in anypart of body

As a cardiac nurse of some thirty years, I am amazed at what men will put up with hoping it isn't their heart. Dear man, you need to get to a doctor and do it now.

No two people have ever had the same symptoms for a heart attack so, they're not typical. Go to the nearest ER and tell them what's going on. Best of all, have a friend take you, just in case.

Get to the ER right now. I had a heart attack in August, and my symptoms were exactly the same.
