if you have chrons disease you know you are supposed to avoid spicey saltlty foods the above site tells you what you should be eating to control symptoms
drink fluids
lean meats and boiled steamed or broiled food
the site shows what you should eat and what you should avvoid
the salt and spices in these junk foods you are eating are causing a" burning" or dehydration of these areas
you can treat yourself occasionly to SMALL amounts of these treats but really
take care of your self before you cause yourself more physical problems
good luck

Your lips are severely chapped from all the salt in the chips. Avoid anything salty and alcohol for a few days. Use straight Vaseline on your lips or Neosporin chap stick to heal them.

if you have blisters on the out side of your mouth then it's a salt reaction to the chips you have been eating!
other than that cuts in side your mouth would tell me to stop bitting the insides of your mouth when you sleep! or when your nervous! i tend to do this myself some tiems!
well hope i helped a littele

your lips are just chapped, chap stick, straight Vaseline, or udder cream works better than those, (also works great on diaper rash for kids) but stay away from salt....
